MatchSentinel is an independently developed fixture and match notification service. We monitor professional football matches and provide user reminders before the kickoff times.
We offer different tiers of service to ensure fair server resource usage:
MatchSentinel is an independently developed fixture and match notification service. Our application is not officially associated with, affiliated with, or endorsed by any football club, league management, or sports federation in the world.
Club names listed in the application interface for searching and tracking are used under 'Fair Use' principles solely for identifying the respective teams and providing information. No official club logos, registered emblems, or licensed fonts are used. Visual elements representing teams (colors and letters) are entirely generic and original designs. No trademark or copyright infringement is intended.
MatchTimes, fixture information, and notifications provided through MatchSentinel servers are entirely public data. While utmost care is taken to ensure accuracy and instant delivery, the developer cannot be held responsible for delays, incorrect or missing notifications caused by internet connection, data sources, or server congestion. The user accepts these terms by using the app. In addition, news titles, summaries, and images provided in the application are automatically retrieved from external RSS feeds and Google News searches. MatchSentinel does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or copyright compliance of these external contents. Links under news direct users to third-party websites; MatchSentinel cannot be held responsible for the content, privacy policies, or security of these websites. All messages, content, and views shared in the Virtual Stadium chat rooms are the sole responsibility of the user who posted them. The developer is not liable for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any user-submitted content, acting purely as a hosting/service provider. The developer shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from user interactions or messages within the chat rooms. MatchSentinel Premium subscription is sold for the purpose of providing users with instant match alerts and notifications. The Virtual Stadium Chat Rooms are not an essential element of the subscription, but rather a free and additional social feature offered to premium users for interaction purposes. The Premium subscription of a user banned/blocked from the chat rooms due to violating community guidelines will not be cancelled, nor will any refund be issued, as they will continue to receive match alerts and notifications. Access to the chat rooms is not a right, but a privilege that continues as long as rules are followed. The copyright and legal liability of external websites, third-party contents, and materials (videos, streams, etc.) accessed via the in-app browser tool (Google Search, etc.) belong entirely to the respective websites and the user. MatchSentinel does not control, host, or accept any liability or rights over external website contents.

Access to the Virtual Stadium chat rooms is restricted to Premium subscription tiers. To maintain a safe and friendly environment, any form of abuse, profanity, political discussions, spam, or advertising is strictly prohibited. Moderation is enforced through user reporting and AI evaluation. Users violating these rules will receive progressive temporary chat bans (1, 7, 14, 30, 90, or 365 days). This restriction applies strictly to the chat rooms; the user fully retains access to all other core application features, including kickoff alarms (sirens), fixtures, and news tracking, and their subscription remains active for these features. Any attempt to evade chat bans by reinstalling the application or restoring subscriptions will result in the automated propagation of the ban to the new installation.
The MatchSentinel subscription is sold exclusively for the purpose of providing users with instant match alerts, kickoff alarms, and live schedule notifications. AI Tactical Insights are not an independent commercial product, nor a commercial betting or prediction service; they are a complimentary, experimental, and additional value-added feature provided solely for PRO members to examine pre-match tactical dynamics. Analyses, probability scenarios, and tactical matchup insights generated by artificial intelligence are algorithmic simulations and do not carry certainty; they strictly do not constitute betting, gambling, tipping, or financial investment advice. MatchSentinel and the developer shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any direct or indirect material or moral damages resulting from decisions made by the user based on these analyses (such as betting or financial wagers). Due to the inherent nature of generative artificial intelligence technologies, inaccuracies or hallucinations may occur; MatchSentinel makes no warranty as to the accuracy of generated insights or their conformity with real-life match outcomes. In the event of temporary interruptions in AI processing infrastructure or the modification/removal of the feature, users may not claim subscription cancellation or refunds, as core notification services remain active.
The MatchSentinel subscription is sold exclusively for the purpose of providing users with instant match alerts, kickoff alarms, and live schedule notifications. The Tactics Board Studio and the 'My Tactics' library are not an independent commercial sales product, nor a commercial sports coaching or prediction service; they are a complimentary, experimental, and additional value-added feature provided according to license tiers. Tactics Board usage is limited to 1 credit per day for the Free tier, 3 credits per day for the Lite tier, and unlimited access for PRO subscribers. Access to the 'My Tactics' library, where saved tactics are archived and edited, is strictly and exclusively reserved for PRO members; Free and Lite subscribers have no access to the My Tactics library. Player formations, pitch drawings, audiovisual recordings, and saved tactics are stored strictly on the user's local device (Local Storage) and are not transmitted to or backed up on MatchSentinel cloud servers. Voiceovers, background audio, copyrighted music, and all audiovisual content captured via microphone during tactical video recording are the sole legal, criminal, and intellectual property responsibility of the user; MatchSentinel has no access to these local recordings and assumes zero liability under any circumstances. MatchSentinel shall not be held liable for any loss of tactical data resulting from device replacements, app uninstallation, clearing of application storage, or hardware malfunctions. Users are solely responsible for copyright compliance, sports ethics, and any legal disputes arising from tactics, formations, drawings, audio recordings, or videos they export or share externally or within Virtual Stadiums. In the event of temporary technical interruptions, updates, modifications, or discontinuation of the Tactics Board or My Tactics feature, users may not claim subscription cancellations or refunds, as the core purchased match notification and alarm services remain active and uninterrupted.
