Welcome to MatchSentinel. By using our fixture and match notification service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.

1. Description of Service

MatchSentinel is an independently developed fixture and match notification service. We monitor professional football matches and provide user reminders before the kickoff times.

2. License Tiers & Usage Limits

We offer different tiers of service to ensure fair server resource usage:

• Free Plan: Allows tracking 1 team. Team selections are locked for 30 days once selected.
• Premium Lite: Allows tracking up to 3 teams with unlimited changes.
• Premium Pro: Allows tracking up to 15 teams with unlimited changes.

3. Independence Declaration

MatchSentinel is an independently developed fixture and match notification service. Our application is not officially associated with, affiliated with, or endorsed by any football club, league management, or sports federation in the world.

4. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

Club names listed in the application interface for searching and tracking are used under 'Fair Use' principles solely for identifying the respective teams and providing information. No official club logos, registered emblems, or licensed fonts are used. Visual elements representing teams (colors and letters) are entirely generic and original designs. No trademark or copyright infringement is intended.

5. Data Provision & Limit of Liability

Match times, fixture information, and notifications provided through MatchSentinel servers are entirely public data. While utmost care is taken to ensure the accuracy and instant delivery, the developer cannot be held responsible for delays, incorrect or missing notifications caused by internet connection, data sources, or server congestion. The user accepts these terms by using the app.
